If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
To qualify:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
2. Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@medixrestore.com.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened (e.g., wearables or personal massagers).
If your item is defective, however, we’ll replace it free of charge.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or payment provider.
If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@medixrestore.com.
7. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged products.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email support@medixrestore.com.
8. Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
